Our Monthly Programming service provides a tailored training plan designed to help you reach your goals with flexibility and convenience. This subscription is ideal for lifters who want expertly crafted programming without the full commitment of comprehensive coaching. You’ll receive a customized training plan built around your goals, training experience, and available equipment, all delivered through our training app or spreadsheets (Depending on which coach).
While this service doesn’t include one-on-one coaching, you will benefit from expert programming updates each month, allowing for ongoing progress in your strength journey.

Use of our new Training App, for iOS and Android.
Monthly Performance assessments to gauge progress
Technical assessments (Video analysis OR in person) for the Back Squat, Bench Press & Deadlift
Monthly check-in communication.
Messaging communication with coach. (WhatsApp, Instagram, Texting)
